Our Community Outreach and Youth Development (COYD) programs develop and implement programs to empower young ones most especially the youths in the community.

Our goal is to develop facilities which better the quality of life for the community through teaching, training, coaching, mentorship, democratic principle, and environmental sensitization.  This is a one-stop-shop holistic approach to the empowerment of youths.

COYD arm of Globe-Mind Training and Development provide aids for youths to help them discover their potentials in life and nurture them to become future leaders in their chosen endeavors and in their immediate community at large.

We provide human and community development programs through state-of-the-art teaching/training and coaching activities. This department addresses the needs of families especially the youths. We reach out to the poorest in our communities and look for talented youth who we can support in schooling or business…….contact us for more information to help with funding or to get funding.
